i commissioned someone back in febuary, and they still have not done it,they have ignored most of the messages i have sent.  i have tried asking for a refund, and i have tried contacting them every way i can but none work. i have no idea what to do, at this point i honestly just want my points back. i can note you who it is so you know not to commission them
